Vision Northumberland is looking for an Operations Team Lead to play a pivotal role in supporting sensory impaired people across Northumberland. This is a hands-on leadership role where strategy meets real-world impact.

• Has a genuine passion for people and inclusion
• Brings experience of managing teams and operations (charity, health or social care)
• Understands the Care Act and advice & information services
• Is confident with CRMs and Microsoft tools
• Bonus if you’ve worked with sensory impaired people or across large, diverse communities
