We are proud to announce that Her Grace, The Duchess of Northumberland has been appointed as the Official Patron of Vision Northumberland.
As a local charity supporting people with visual impairments and hearing loss, this marks an exciting new chapter for us. The Duchess joins us at a pivotal time as we expand our work to improve accessibility, independence and essential resources for the low vision community across Northumberland.
The Duchess said that she was proud to support Vision Northumberland and looking forward to working with us in the future.
Our Chair of Trustees, Sue Taylor, added that having such an influential patron will help amplify our voice and raise awareness of the challenges faced by thousands living with low vision.
