In accordance with Data Protection law, we take extra care when collecting and processing this type of data. Some of our funders require us to report specific data criteria and service user statistics for analysis purposes; however, this information is always anonymised before sharing.

We will only use sensitive data to respond to your enquiry, support training, monitor quality, and evaluate the services we provide. Your details will never be passed on without your express permission, except in exceptional circumstances—such as when someone reports serious self-harm, poses a threat to others, or when a child shares concerns involving abuse or exploitation.

We will never share any of your information with third-parties.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
